I took to instagram to share these Gestuz pants the moment they landed on the doorstep. Literally climbed into them and selfied ….tags still on.
You see that’s the power of finding something that fits you perfectly. No need for fuss or dare I say it styling.
Worth mentioning. Gestuz pants are incredibly long, ok so they’re a Scandinavian brand more a kin to dressing supermodels and six-foot willowy blondes but something a 5’4″ me has to think about.
In this instance I dug out a trusty pair of platform boots nearing retirement and hoped for the best. I needn’t have worried, the ‘Posh Pant’ has a wide enough leg to kind of slouch with intentional grandeur. A kind of catwalk slouch not school boy slouch. A slouch I need in my life. And after heavy petting on pinterest last night, I now have my eye on a replacement bootie to partner them up with.
Since said Gestuz selfie happened, I’m kind of living in them, comfy for the day, and up to all sorts at night. I can’t wait to get into chunky-knit territory and seek out a vintage belt to knot over them. Toying with an investment tux and some sexy lingerie too.
For now, messy top-knot and a floaty shirt combo for the win. Go-to or go home I say.
