Yep, New York provided the perfect backdrop to reunite with some familiar faces and to whip out my newest Rupert Sanderson cupid wedge, the newest bootie on the block.
By familiar, I’m referring to Emilie (the blonde) and Julia (the brunette) both well versed in quality accessories and completely fortuitous matchy matchy threads.
The boots though.
A beguiling ankle bootie. One referencing this seasons most enduring trend: the hero heel. Or wedge. Either/or a statement nonetheless. And when I clapped eyes on these glacier goodies down at the Bruton Street temple, it was love at first sight.
I plan to rotate them through my capsule favourites: the denim culotte, the leather leg-flasher, the shirt that’s a dress and no doubt a ruffle of something something.
Just hope these Rupert Sanderson babies…
are ready for the ride.
