Having grossly misjudged how much of me would be in this campaign. A New York minute and a meander to the home-page later – all fears are allayed. I’ll go so far as to wager these photos will make a brief appearance on mum’s most coveted screen-save. Shop Pyramid, you and your summer re-launch push all my sartorial buttons.
As per the brief, I was asked to pull together a few looks from the summer edit, then whip em up as I saw fit.
Naturally I was always going to rock up to a studio in Hackney and fall madly in love with anything effortlessly-minimal in my most favourite colour. Am I that predictable?
Given I steered head first into the denim threads, unquestionably the buzz-word this season, then shuffled em on set in a norm-core pool slide…. errr no.
Combining the sheer with the sharp, the summer edit is richly dense in necessary luxuries but with whimsical mesh details and some peekaboo surprises.
If you enjoy superior lace delicates and share my obsession for shirt dressing, look 2 stolen-post-shoot will deepen your desire.
By look 3 I’d downed a dry-white ‘dutch courage’ and unpeeled to my bare bones for a frankly-quite-flesh-baring finále finish.
Phew, it’s all over and I/we can go back to normality – just bookmark that url-key to nirvana now it’s there.
