Fashion Week, Paris
Skipping through the Tuileries and embracing my inner *Cher Horowitz – 9o’s references at the ready.
Like all self-assured, peacocking fashionista’s at Paris Fashion Week, to quote Cher this is
‘my most capable looking outfit yet’.
Course no expense was spared and I whipped out the big guns: the statement bootie, the hero trench, the cat-eye sunnies and this seasons most enduring trend….
Those denim luxe threads… A top-to-toe love story.
I say love story because the moment I clapped eyes on this embellished denim shirt I knew she was the one. Cropped sleeves, eye-catching details and worn a dozen or so ways dependant on what layering game I decide to play.
In this instance I paired her with the jewel in my micro-mini crown.
I must stress at this point, that Cher’s tank-top circa 1996 has played an influential role in defining my style to date. Does this qualify therefore as a 2015 update, with a re-worked reference to the 60’s (for the hardcore fashionista’s)?
I think so.
