Man-candy Samuel and I in San Francisco last week.

{Todays travel notes are provided with a super Cali-fragile side order of jet-lag}

Here’s the skinny on our stay…

Stay @ The Clift – Geary Street

Central. Choo-steps from the shops. Worth a roam in the Redwood room that’s where the mojito magic happens. Though 10-watt bulbs and daylight detention threw a spanner in my insta works but nobody died.

.

Eat @ The Grove – Filmore Street

We followed the locals to The Grove and we brunched like kings. Cheap eats and outdoor seats. People watching …it’s  a luxe hobby.

.

Shop @ Union Square

Samuel sought out quirky shops on Filmore. So I settled for mind-altering shoegasms on Union Square. Neiman, Barneys, Saks et al… a quadrant of amex inducing torment. And I’m a sado-Macy-ist #whatcanisay.

.

See @ Washington Square

Forget the usual suspects – seals/cycling/seafood shizzle. We set our alarm super early (sad face) and dived down to Mama’s for an epic omelette. I spied a sea of septegenarians showing good tai-chi, he practised selfies in front of the church Marilyn wed DiMaggio. Twas magical.

Back soon…
