I’m determined to invest in party wear I can still enjoy when the party season’s over. Kicking things off with some pieces I picked up at Topshop – including this epic little sale score!

I picked up some pieces from GANNI today – a full outfit haul is on my instagram stories – but this was the surprise highlight of the day. A suit which fits like a glove and feels as though i found a missing piece of the wardrobe puzzle. Find my statement suit here

I’m home…
Back from my mega staycation at Gleneagles – lived in this brand new charcoal mohair and wool-blend knit for the first time while I was there and had plenty of questions after I posted on Instagram. So here goes:
Q. What size did you choose? Size small, although it’s backless with a bow-tie at the neck so it’s fairly adjustable.
Q. Is there a budget alternative to this? I’ve found two similar alternatives which I’ve linked in the image carousel below.
Q. What underwear do you wear with this? I don’t like those ‘concealed/stick on’ bras so I’d wear a lace bralette with this – sexy and pretty at the same time – this is my favourite

All praise instagram’s discovery page for leading me into temptation and to the I.AM.GIA instagram page. Since then i’ve made three purchases from the Aussie label and I predict there’s more to come. I don’t know much about this brand but if the ‘about me’ page is anything to go by they’re my kind of people!
